Make your own Chilli oil Glug

  1. Weigh out 30g of crushed chillies.
  2. Put 300ml of salmon oil if you have it or normal vegetable oil if not into a pan.
  3. Warm the oil and add the chillies & 2 table spoon paprika and stir.
  4. leave in the pan for 24 to 48 hrs depending on how hot you want your dip.
  5. Get a jug and a sieve and Strain the chillies.
  6. pour the contents of the jug into your dip bottle.

You may also wish to add something different like black pepper oil garlic oil or even anchovy oil just to personalize it.
